Maybe not the amount, but definitely the lawsuit itself.

No because sampling you are making money off the song. Rick Ross isnt making money off the name. Its not like Im going to listen to him because his name is Rick Ross. Its not like he ever used any of Freeway Rick Ross's stories or anything.
