Okay, so just figured out I had to finish talking to everyone at the Tower which I thought I did. Got Devils' Lair unlocked now. 

Ahh, NICE! You're gonna love it, it's really fun but you gotta be patient. Those bosses take a while to put down but it's so satisfying.

I don't know how or why I got a code. I didn't know a damn thing about this game before today but it's pretty fun. Would definitely think about making this my go-to FPS in the future.

Unfortunately I'm not really feeling Destiny. I played some of the story and then jumped to PvP and I just couldn't get into it. I hated how it felt when I turned, real slow. I'm gonna try out the beta next month and see if I'll change my mind. Looks like I might be skipping the FPS genre this year which isn't necessarily a bad thing since it'll allow me to cut down this backlog

A third of PS4 owners have moved from Xbox and Nintendo, Sony says

Some 31% of people who have bought a PlayStation 4 had an Xbox 360 or Wii but not a PS3 in the last hardware generation, PlayStation's American VP of marketing John Koller told me in an interview here at L.A. this week. That's a decent amount of people making a switch to Team PlayStation and/or coming back to Sony after missing the PS3 era.

Koller was citing results of a research study that he said also indicated that as much as 17% of people who have bought a PS4 didn't own a console in the previous generation.

And who are the people buying the PS4 up until now? Primarily the hardest of the hardcore gaming populating, yes, though Sony has a different name for those gamers.

"The person that we've picked up since launch primarily is someone we call the connoisseur, someone that loves, unequivocally, loves games," Koller said. "They are the people who, when you walk in [to their home], there's no books on their book shelves. They're all game packages. They're the people who stood in line at midnight [for the console's launch]. They really are a fantastic consumer for us. They're a great part of the PlayStation nation."12

The PS4 has been pretty hot and is already reaching beyond that crowd, he noted. "One thing that's interesting, though, is that we're starting to see a lot more of what we thought were going to be adopters later down the cycle coming in really early." Koller described that crowd as "indulgers, people that are traditionally a little bit more price-sensitive or down the funnel that have kind of bucked the trend as it were.'"

Also nice to see that 17% of people with a PS4 didn't even have a lest gen console. Who said the console market was dying.

I have the 120gb ps3 now.

HBO GO still isn't on the ps4, if you're like me then you also bought a media controller to not have to use the controller for controlling stuff on the video apps, well the ps4 doesn't have a media controller, nor did they patch in use of the ps3 media remote.

Right now I'd stick with the ps3 and get the ps4 when a game you want comes out on it.

It was something else. I don't wanna spoil it for anyone who hasn't played it or hasn't been spoiled yet.

Surprisingly we died more at the Mesh Layer transaction part where those waves of monsters kept coming. But even then it took us longer to kill the spider, and even LONGER to kill the final one. It's like when you think you're done, there's more.  And like I keep saying, I was exhausted lol.

It was a challenge, but definitely rewarding like you said.
