okay so is there a way I can have only the chat audio output to my headphones?

I dont know which update it was, but I can't do that anymore, or I don't know how because before I would be able to have the game sound output to the TV and the chat on my headset.

I can't hear ****.

Is there a fix to this?

I'm having the opposite issue, where when I switch to All audio to my headset, I can't hear the chat. Chat works fine when I do only chat. Its only been an issue since this new update

Whenever I have all audio going to the headset. The game drowns out the chat and I can barely hear ppl. I thought that was just how it was

EDIT: After reading Reddit, I'm not the only person having these issues. Its a blow. Sometimes I play late at night and don't want to wake the house but want to hear the game at a decent level and chat

my coworker just said, "what if they made a movie based off the PT demo?"  and i thought about it...good lord itd be the most terrifying movie ever. from the infinite loop concept, to the twitching dead lady, the fetus in the sink (just realized they would never be allowed to put that in a movie), the radio? sheesh

while all that is true... P.T. would make a ridiculous psychological thriller. just imagine it. the loops by itself would get to some people. hearing the radio while dude is creeping through the hallways. the fridge with the body. ghosts upstairs and out the window? SHEESH. the red dimension thing? movie would be horror movie of the year. easily. theyd even have to show the 2 family murders the radio talks about in flashbacks

The Last of Us Remastered, Bloodborne, Infamous: Second Son, DriveClub, Shovel Knight (drops tomorrow, digital only), Battlefield 4, Final Fantasy Type-0 HD, Wolfenstein

I tried to include a few different genres to give variety. These are games that I liked personally which is why I didn't include the more popular ones i.e. Shadow of Mordor, Far Cry 4, CoD:AW etc.

destiny (don't play if you hate repetitive missions though)
MLB the show always delivers and I'm not a big baseball fan
GTA V
madden and nba 2k series are necessary if you like sports games

Infamous, watch dogs, and a few others are okay (great looking visually) to play if you can get for cheap

Picked up Alien isolation for $20 at a pawn shop and dark souls 2 for ps3 for $5... being graduated and all this free time, my backlog just keeps adding up..
