The Old PlayStation Thread | *NEW THREAD IS UP*

Some weapons are a kukri, revolver, brass knuckles, knives, hidden blades, and a grappling hook.

Focus on hidden weapons. Walking down the street with a sword would get your arrested. Combat is brawl based.

There is a traffic system now with carriages and buggies.

London has seven buroughs to explore.

You can drive carriages, hide in them, and trains are also used for transport.

Templars appear to run London. You need to take out strongholds to gain people to hep you fight them.

Yea, this is Gangs of New York the video game. Not a bad thing, IMO.

The funny thing is they showed some review bi-lines early about AC Unity not innovating. Well, this doesnt seem to be innovating much either from what I am seeing.

Im calling Jack the Ripper DLC right now.

This game looks to take alot from the RDJ Sherlock movies as well.

Release date is October 23rd, 2015.

Thats the end of the announcement.

Oh so is the exact same but in a different time period. Instead of assassins we have gangs etc.

I see alot of comparisons to Brotherhood, but yea, in a different time period.

Apparently London is 30% bigger than Paris in Unity.

Charles Dickens and Charles Darwin are in it.

IGN is theorizing that YOUR character is Jack the Ripper. Kind of makes sense. Again, pure speculation.

The trailer didn't look bad. It's definitely influenced by Gangs of New York. I'll cop it eventually.
UNANNOUNCED AAA UBISOFT GAME & THE DIVISION COMING BY SPRING 2016
Investor document suggests unannounced title coming soon.

BY MITCH DYER

Tom Clancy's The Division will arrive in Ubisoft's 2016 fiscal year, which ends in March 2016. In addition to this, Rainbow 6 Siege and an unannounced AAA title will also launch in the same window. These games are "key drivers" for Ubisoft in the coming year, according to its investor report.

Perhaps Ubisoft will announce its AAA title at E3, alongside a finalized release date for The Division. Rainbow 6 Siege will arrive in Q3 of FY2016 (which means it launches this fall) with The Division following in Q4 (somewhere between January and March 2016).

"It is never an easy decision to move a launch date," Ubisoft CEO Yves Guillemot said, stating that this is a move "that has always benefited the company."

All Ubisoft games going forward will be new-gen only, Guillemot said, with the exception of Just Dance.

Ubisoft announced Assassin's Creed Syndicate today, as well as its release date. Syndicate serves as another "key driver" for the company this year.

If Ubisoft thinks I am pre-ordering any of their games, they are out of their damn minds.

Project cars is so damn good. If you're not huge into racing tho, STAY FAR AWAY.

The name "Serious Edition" just makes me laugh.

That graphic novel looks dope though.

Not into RPGs but The Witcher 3 got me reconsidering...

Near perfect reviews all across the board. Who's picking it up?

Anybody making an E3 thread this year?
I'll stick to these threads by company, E3 thread be one huge console war.

...that's the best part. Annually, one of the funniest threads on NT.
Yup. It's like 2 clans training in their own threads for 1 year then go head to head in one thread for 1 week of flame wars. So pretty much the Anchorman scene. Can't wait for the laughs
