Have you played the other sandbox ones? Not saying you're wrong it's an opinion obviously, but I haven't seen or heard anybody rank 4 high even on the FO scale.

You can play the campaign mode offline and the normal GT campaign is coming out next month.
Reviews complained about the lack of content but that's been rectified with the patch for the content above and future patches.
GTS is going cheap here in the UK and it looks like it's $40 in the US everywhere so

first fallout game I didn't play it on PS3 cuz I heard it's unplayable..so will play eventually once I get the xbox one..I bought both 360 games already lolol..I heard they are amazing I'm big on Bethesda

Yea Bethesda wasn't ****in with the Cell processor at all
I played 3 on 360, but it didn't really resonate with me til I got on the PC mods, then played NV and the rest was history

Like my man D Dub said, new single-player content will be coming in Dec... plus new cars and tracks potentially for 2018 Q1...
But I'm having a blast... really enjoying the Photo Mode (I enjoy photography in real life) and the Livery Editor. Been spending a lot of time making/recreating old-school racing liveries.

I platinumed both F3 and F:NV on PS3 which required around 100 hours each. There were bugs for sure, and some weird crashes but they were far from unplayable.
Skyrim on PS3 crashed on the same mission 13 times in a row for me. It took me emptying my inventory of almost everything to get it to finally work.

I don't trust Bethesda at all. Skyrim was great but the bugs were terrible after a while and Fallout 4 was constantly glitching and freezing on my. I never had any problems with Oblivion though, but I had that for the 360
