There were stock shortages with apparently over 90% of the initial stock gone in the first week leading to shortages and now here's the result.

Sony 1st Party First Week Sales in Japan:

Ghost of Tsushima – 212,915

Death Stranding: 186k
The Last of Us 2: 179k
Bloodborne: 150k
GT Sport: 139k
Marvel's Spider-Man: 133k
Uncharted 4: 124k
Days Gone: 114k
Horizon: 110k
Everybody's Golf: 101k

Other Samurai Games:

Sekiro: 150.721 / 267.666
Nioh 89.903 / 164.587
Nioh 2 91.892 / 156.772

Looks like this being close to TLOU2 didn't phase it at all.
Some were expecting Day's Gone reviews and low sales but it's done well critically and commercially from the reports I've seen from the UK and Japan.

Now just waiting for worldwide sales. It should easily be over a million at this point.

What a way for Sony to end this generation.

Has this been figured out or even possible?

BTW i'm probably only a few hours in to GoT and it's already amazing. Which horse did everyone pick? I chose the deluxe one haha

I don’t think so man. I really would like to know my time played.
I chose the black one

Is Odyssey DLC worth it? I have it so I should play it but I almost fee like Valhalla will be worth picking up since I’m anticipating a shortage on decent launch games. At the same time, it looks so similar to Odyssey that I feel like I’d be burned out if I played all that DLC and then Valhalla.

I still got Dark Souls 3 DLC too 🤔

First Blade is fine, basically more of the same.

Fate of Atlantis was awesome, IMO. Obviously GoW vibes with all the gods, but it was a blast.

Ironic cause we were just talking about this. Hopefully it’s a free upgrade and not a whole new purchase

In case you don’t like the revealed color way, you and 99 other people will be able to cop a 24k gold PS5.

Nah. Joint looks gawdy as ****. Just give me all-black, fam. :smh:

Probably fake AF, but that 'ish looks even worse than the white joint. :smh: :smh: :smh:

I thought the Xbawx showcase was later on like Sony's. Tuning in now.
What have I missed.

Quick Halo demo. Fable and Forza teaser.
Looks like everything is pretty much going to be on game pass next gen. So they are gonna push that ultimate pass big time. I am not mad at it but gaming is definitely changing in regards to how we access them.

Eh. Halo doesn't excite me anymore. The thing is tho, I have gamepass so I'll try all the games out at least once.

As oh now I will play halo on one X.

they need to let us know what is up with Destiny on PS5 though.

I selected the deluxe horse in GoT and picked Nobu as his name which was for trust I think. I've been spending time in Act 1 trying to knock out these tales and clear out the camps. Fighting the groups of bandits is fun because the combat is smooth and enjoyable. I like the fact that you have to change stances to fight the different types of bandits. After I wipe a group, I like to seath my sword and play a song for those who have fallen to my blade :pimp::lol:

Ghost is very fun but does anyone else find the gameplay clunky at times or is it just me? I'm able to get past it but sometimes it gets really awkward for me

It’s already been confirmed for both PS5 and XSX. That was announced at the D2 event a while back. Unless you’re talking about something else?

As someone who:

- Has subscribed to Game Pass for nearly 2 years
- Will subscribe to Game Pass for years to come
- Will be buying a Series X Day One (encouraged by BC and Game Pass)
- Will be playing all multiplatform titles on Microsoft consoles

I'm getting a bit tired of Microsoft's lineup being basically propped up by the extreme value of how you can obtain that lineup. I just think to how I would feel if I were, like with the PS5, having to purchase all of these games individually at £50 each, and then I realise that for the vast majority of them I just simply wouldn't. Meanwhile with the PS5 I'm more than willing to buy Horizon, Ratchet, Spider-Man, Demons' Souls, and Kena all by themselves despite them costing at least 3 years of Game Pass just like that.

Essentially I just want Microsoft to have a games library that isn't justified with the caveat of "well, you already technically own it so might as well..."

I think this hits the nail on the head for me.
