Hopefully we get some news regarding Sony’s next SoP. It seems like people were really underwhelmed yesterday with the MS showing. Sony might as well put the nail in the coffin. Drop that release date, open pre-orders, announce enhancement patches for key titles and then announce Bloodborne II :smokin

Could also see Silent Hill.

You're never getting another Def Jam game.

Today's rappers are too "soft" to form a roster and no one's gonna make a wrestling game with a roster of 40-50 year old rappers without hits from the last decade+.

Pretty sure they're planning on making another one, I think EA did a twitter poll on which city to base it in a year or 2 ago.
Put them Griselda boys in it and I'll be good.

I’ll take a Def Jam Vendetta or FFNY remaster. If not give me the rappers from those 2 games and make a storyline where they fight against the trash that makes music today. If it’s just the current rappers, they can keep it.

This was in the Xbox pre-show so it might have been missed.

Basically Kingdom Hearts + Mario.

3D platformer from Square would have been an automatic yes from me but I'm not fully sold on this just yet.
Visuals look good though and woulr probably look even better in 4K HDR.

Not sure the likelihood of a remaster since most those artists aren't on Def Jam anymore
A lot / some of the artists from those games weren’t on Def Jam, right? Snoop? I need to look at the rosters

Griselda in a new Def Jam game would be lit as ****. Them boys mushing dudes left and right. :nthat:

So was Def Jam a legit fighting game with real mechanics are is this just some nostalgia ****

FFNY was a great game with a very very good fighting system. It's aged great, I busted out the PS2 and played with a few friends last year when we'd link up to smoke and we were playing it regularly for months

It was developed by AKI, the studio that made the most popular WCW/WWF games on Nintendo 64, so it has pretty much the same mechanics.

Finished Last of Us 2. Not really sure what to think of the ending.

Just watched a friend stream it. Probably the third time I've seen the ending in it's entirety.

It's probably the first game that really required me to take a few days to actually think about and process. If you recall from the first game, Ellie tells Sam her biggest fear is ending up alone, without the people she loves. Ellie lost someone who was basically a father to her, and even if she was mad at him for it, gave her a chance at living a real life (as close to normal as possible).

Her yearn for revenge to avenge the man she loved like a father turned against her and bit her in the ***, in turn losing her everyone she loved, and the life she was living. She thought getting revenge would give her closure, when what it really did was send her living in her worst nightmare.

I saw a tweet that said something like "if you look at the TLOUII story as a story about forgiveness, and not revenge, you'll see things a lot differently."

MLB 20 The Show $29.99 everywhere right now.

Seen that and I might jump on it.

Haven't played a The Show game in a couple of years.

Downloaded The Show 19 when it was one of the PS+ free games and I still didn't play it.

My interest in sports games has waned significantly the last few years.

Same situation for me
