why not both? not everybody is going to be ready to abandon their PS4 right away. still debating if I need a ps5 this year with everything going on and my ridiculous backlog I'm still adding to.

Selfish reason obviously. I’m about to drop $500+ on new hardware. I want everything I play to take advantage of that new power. That said, I completely understand if people want to keep playing on PS4. I also understand devs and publishers wanting to capitalize on the install base of current gen. I just wish we would get next gen only games sooner rather than later.

If that Prince of Persia remake is real, that’s cool but they’ve waited this long, why not wait for PS5? Take full advantage of next gen power and wow people and hope they can continue the franchise.

I mean chances are if this was okayed already they were already making it for the ps4 and switch. Might not have all the specs and what not to make it for the ps5.

And at this point it may not be any different than playing a ps4 gen game on the ps5.

What's wrong with the matchmaking? These days I just play and keep it moving. I don't really play a lot of these games to care enough about what's actually going on with them

I was consistently getting matched up against level 150s when I was in the 60s or some ****. Maybe that’s just my experience

Had CoD ever did anything special in regards to matchmaking? I remember getting paired up against teams of level 10 prestige back on PS3. Your rank really isn’t an indication of your skill. You rank up just from playing.

remember I didn’t like the first kill zone. It was pushed as a halo killer by Sony and I was a huge on halo. It was a disappointment but I loved 2 and 3. Never played the first resistance

Resistance 1 will always hold a special place in my heart. It was the first time I ever played an online game. I made friends on there that I still have to this day. If they brought that game back, that would be great, but I feel like Resistance 2 had the better online experience and if they do decide to bring this series back they should model the online aspect around that game.

Honestly I enjoyed BC2, BF3 and BF4 and felt that BF4, minus the rubber banding, was the best one. Maybe I don’t remember but I don’t know what the hype was all about with the Bad Company as a series. Was it really that different compared to BF?

Bad Company 2 Rush Mode was God-tier.
