The Old PlayStation Thread | *NEW THREAD IS UP*

So I was messing around with my TV settings and googling stuff, and apparently TVs should be on "Cinema" setting rather than "Standard" or "Dynamic", which is actually bad for your TV and sometimes set as default out the box? I want the best setting before I finish my work and pop in Second Son, just wondering if any NT bros know anything about this and have any input.

I wanted to be evil so bad.. even on the first part with the old lady I chose the red.. but everything after that I couldn't, I had to go blue :lol I ain't built to be evil :{

I've been doing an evil run for my second playthrough and I feel all types of conflicted. :{ I know it's a video game, but I still feel bad. :lol

Regarding the people leaving, probably with reorganizing their position/job changed and they decided to move on

Regarding the layoffs : Nothing is going on with Sony, the entire company is in financial trouble and reorganizing and that gives them an opportunity to cut the fat from everywhere in the company. Even profitable divisions

MS did the same thing when the recession was hitting the economy bad, and investors demanded cost cutting. Today history is rewritten and the talking point is "MS for gave up on 1st party".

Tell yourself that if it makes you feel better.

Rusty is one of your own though. He's an Xbox guy.

So after playing through the game I still think the third power is the best one followed closely by neon.
So far I think the last one is kinda meh. I haven't leveled it up all the way yet but I don't think the traversal is all that good. Especially considering you could damn near fly with video

Growing up, all we did was beat games multiple times. Most 16-bit games were like 2 hours. A lot of them didn't even have saves. It was lives and continues and when you ran out it was back to start.

One of the first 3D games that made me want to replay it was MGS on PS1. Kids at school would talk about Snake wearing a tuxedo and Grey Fox having a Spiderman skin on your third playthrough (He was just red and blue though. :lol ) or getting the stealth camo or bandana depending on if you save Meryl or not. Me and my cousins used to play that all the time.

Same here. I almost always replay through my games. Hell, I beat L.A. Noir 3 times :lol. It probably started when I was younger too. When I had a PS1 I didn't have a memory card for a while so I replayed games out of necessity :lol

Playing through a game multiple times is the best way to get the most out of a game but it's up to the developer to make it appealing. InFamous offers you alternate endings that change based upon your decision making in the game. It's hard to play through a game a 2nd time just for the hell of it.

SFWarriors is never pleased. :lol

I actually want to play Mercenary Kings. PS4 PS+ isn't going to be able to match PS3 PS+ for a little while. They're still selling these PS4 games.
