Y'all must not have been watching the last two major award shows (SAG Awards and Golden Globes).

It has been an uncompetitive past year for acting performances (and movies really). Joaquin, Renee, Pitt, Dern, etc. were winning barring sabotage.

It's only a wonder Bong doesn't win best director and Parasite doesn't win best picture the way it has cleaned up tonight.

Phoenix did a great job, but I personally thought they botched Joker.
should of just called it another name and would of worked.

That character has had sooo many different re tellings and origins. There's no right or wrong way to do it. If you personally didn't care for it, that's another story. But, it worked (clearly) lol
