I forgot about that Vice City mission. That was far less challenging that Supply Lines (SA) though.

Amazing.

Anyone know what the best way to play NES and SNES games on new/current TVs? I've read the resolution is bad but there are expensive options to maintain good resolution.

Nintendo Announces The Mini-NES, Will Play 30 Classic Games

Nintendo today announced the mini-NES, a new $60 machine that will come pre-installed with 30 classic Nintendo games. It’ll also come with an HDMI cable, a power adapter, and what Nintendo is calling an NES Classic Controller, “patterned after the iconic design of the original NES controller.” It’ll be out in stores on November 11.

Assuming the games play correctly without major flaws that is a pretty incredible list of titles for $60. Those are some major NES games, not just throwaway generic ones.

Tecmo Bowl will likely be all generic player numbers but still mad playable!

I wonder how they're gonna go about updating the games list or maybe allowing digital purchases for more games. Surely they're not gonna ship it with 30 games and call it a day, right?

I'm also interested to see if there's any sort of sophisticated upscaling to make the picture quality better.
