That's all I use and my gums never bled from it ...

Used one of those years ago . You have to let your contacts sit in that for like 8 hour. Should give you a real strong cleaning solution as well

Had the same issue, its like a side effect. Use the Crest whiting.

Also realized that the most important relationship in your life is the relationship you have with yourself. Because no matter what happens, you will always be with yourself.
