thats actually a really good question. In my early 20's I made alot of bad decisions related to sex, and subsequently ruined alot of good relationships, even as I was getting all the yambs I thought I wanted. Nowadays I've slowed down alot, and in retrospect alot of that stuff wasnt as cool as I thought it was. I have a girl that I'm really interested in, we've been dating for a few weeks, and I havent even attempted to have sex with her, in an attempt to change my status quo....

Gonna start working full time and switch to part time at school.
To be honest I feel like I'm wasting my youth to a place that I absolutely hate. Not to mention there's nothing but trouble in my hometown and I really feel
like I'll end up in jail or dead if I stay.
I'm 22 with a year and a half left in school.
I absolutely have to move out of my hometown and Cali is where I plan on settling at when I'm done with school.
Here's my options:
1.) Move to Tampa which is about 40 mins away from my hometown, which would be more sensible financially and offer a reasonable environment while I'm still in school
2.) Just say F it and make a move to Cali pick up a full time job, and continue school there.
What should I do?

Option one, tuition here in Cali is no joke and finding a well paying full time job is difficult too. Once you are finished with school you can make the move.

Option 1 no question. Just my opinion but playing it safe is always the way to go. Going somewhere with no definite plans or at least a fall back is pretty risky.
