Depends. It can be very polarizing.

Is on the spicy side ? Greasy side? 

While there are a few dishes with some heat I wouldn't call it a spicy cuisine. Definitely a lot of artery-clogging dishes as well.

It's an interesting mix of Chinese, Spanish, and a few other types of food. Worth a try I'd say.

One of my best friends is Filipino and he's never suggested Filipino food. Either the dmv ain't got a scene for it or it just ain't popping.
