Crate train him man.  Not sure if you've started or not but you should.  It might be a rough couple of nights at first but it's better for housebreaking.

I started with a large wire crate but my guy was NOT having that... He was super pissed in that thing... I got a smaller "airline" style one and hes taken to it very well... He knows that's where he can go when he needs to sleep.

Hes 9.5 weeks now btw.
