anyone know how to ease anxiety? been having numerous anxiety attacks for the past few months

Helps to avoid the trigger, if you know what your trigger is

If you can't avoid the trigger, I would say slowly desensitize yourself to the trigger. Like expose yourself more and more slowly to the trigger over time. Again this depends on your situation.

A support system helps.

Medication helps.

Maybe you can cognitively reframe your situation in a manner that won't be anxiety inducing to you.

Try to carve out a space for yourself that you don't associate with the trigger. Quiet and non-stimulating environment that belongs to only you.
Go there when you experience anxiety.

Or pick up a hobby that can occupy your mind so you don't think so much about your trigger.


Stuff like that.
