I know what you are going through. My son is allergic to gluten, soy, seafood, nuts, dairy, egg, beef, and beans. It was difficult and still is finding him things to eat. He can’t even eat store purchases ice pops because of cross contamination. The upside he have a very clean diet. His main source of protein is from chicken that we order from a farm (the only chicken farm that does not feed the chicken soy/wheat). The store purchased snacks taste like crap but that’s what he grew up on. He love fresh fruits so that’s a plus. His diet made me a better cook. When we go long distance we have to pack his food, he is not allowed to eat out.
