I'm at 150 pounds right now. No way am I at 8 percent body fat though lol. When I was doing olympic lifting I was 165.
 
My son invited me to come play soccer in the rain. As I stand here I'm starting to regret I came. Could be in the crib right now under a blanket and watching a movie :{
 
Off tommorow so I'm gonna make it a personal day. Wash my truck, rearrange my room, hit the gym, etc

Speaking about fitness, apparently my shoulders have got more broad over the months but I don't see it :lol I def need to stop playing around though. Need that summer bod but I'm just too lazy most of the time

I can't wait till all my work projects are over with. I need a 3-day weekend or a random day off.
 
Ended up getting DQ. Fries are cool :smokin I don't like their burgers or chicken sandwiches as much though
I’m the opposite. I hate their fries. My towns is a franchise and has their own chili recipe and it’s good as hell so anything that comes with chili on it is an automatic win.
