In the Chicagoland area. My place of business didn't decide to cancel business for tomorrow until noon today. In an effort to not get into too much detail, it was a **** show and shameful of them to even drag their feet that long. This information was available as early as Sunday regarding record breaking lows.

I guess at the end of the day I should be happy they got it right.

Moving soon and dropped off proof of income to the place. Property manager is expected to be at work tomorrow. I feel for them.

Purchased a mini keg of Hopslam. Found out after purchase that the keg is only good for 24-48 hours after opening. 1.2 gallons of beer with an ABV of 10 percent.

And since I'm off tomorrow, I figure perfect time to enjoy.

Try rolling you foot/heel on a frozen water bottle. **** worked for me

Could be worked out by using a insole with arch support.

Orthotics could help your plantar fasciatis some, but the only real remedy is rest I believe. Extended rest.

Possibly the shoes, it started with the kobe XI (both lunar and full zoom drop ins) the lunar was way worse.
