Had a friend like that. He has 4 kids now too and our friends group is all 32 years or younger. I was around for like the first kids first and second bday. But like when you are single or in a relationship with no kids....its strange to be at like a 6 year olds bday. We are cool but i don't go to any of the kids get-togethers. But neither do my other two guy friends that are single. I am at least in a committed relationship but still don't attend. He gets it though.

my best friend from home has 3 kids - had his first at like 23. I used to go to all of the bdays if I was still in LA (would drive back to OC for it). I felt like it was a responsibility as his best man, but those events suck man lol.

Are you suggesting that I am contradicting myself? I've said it before, I enjoy pro sports even though I think there is manipulation or scripting involved. I am just not emotionally attached like most people are. Ice curling overall is not big enough for rigging. But it is possible.
