this is super strange. So the judge thinks she is running a scam? Legally she actually is entitled to the ring. But the judge just decided that she did all of this as a grand scam to come up on two rings over what...a 10 year period?

I mean it sucks and all for the guys but like i don't see how he won the ring back. The judge seemed way too emotionally involved in this. Like whelp don't propose to a THOT? Thots-gonna-thot so she gets to keep the ring because legally its a gift and has no obligation tied to it?
