Thats what's up! You ever go with the straight up oil or always the caps or what's your preferred method of taking it? I mess with the topical stuff here and there too but so far dig the tinctures the best as I think I benefit the most from them. Also, the older I get, the more trouble I have sleeping/keeping a regular-ish sleep cycle and CBD seems to be helping out with that too...
