Its a blessing and a curse. I know how it feels.
Only way is to double your calorie intake from my experience.

Protein shakes, protein bars etc helps, but definitely exercise and hit the weight room.
Been yoyo-ing over the years; seldom any consistent results.
Partly due to the aforementioned and ...The lifestyle. But I've been at it, 15lbs in so far.
It's tough! Almost feels like you live to eat!
And sh!#.
Eh, @PoweredbyMSG ?

When I was younger I just want big muscles and get all bulky. I would eat even more than I do now and lift with minimal cardio. But with how much I eat now it is the norm and I like the idea of living to eat. I love feeling really full.
Do you enjoy eating? Sounds like you don’t really enjoy it but doing it to bulk up? What’s “the lifestyle”? Partying? Drinking? It will all come together as your muscles matures. If you’re forcing it without the right food, you’re just gaining fat and water weight. Don’t rush it, it’s a marathon, not a sprint.
I weigh about 15lbs more than when I was “bulkier” but then I look skinnier. It’s better to be lean instead of bulky as you get older imo.
