I cannot justify buying premium brand ice cream unless it is a flavor that isn't produced by a generic brand. Why would I pay the same price for a 1.5 quart when I can get a family size tub?

Yeah that's why I choose the generic brand as much as possible when I am dealing with junk food. If it's junk anyway why should the quality matter? There seems to be a bigger gap in price for ice cream than other products though.
