Went to a halal Thai place in Lower East Side for birthday brunch. Food was soo damn good, 10 outta 10. Had Thai Iced Tea, Pineapple fried rice with chicken, chicken egg roll & bunch more deliciousness. Than went to the Times Square Krispy Kreme flagship store. Must admit, very interesting set-up for a donut shop. I'm sure not all are so detail oriented as this one, this one was a little extra given its flagship status. But, not complaining...donuts were of high quality & delicious. Couple of notches above Dunkin Donuts imo & pricier-$21.50 for a dozen. All you NY NTers check it out, you'll have fun. Dope experience.

When I contracred the virus back in April along with 2 other co-workers, we were told by our shop steward & supervisor to quarantine for 2 weeks. People talk(especially work place gossip) & word spread that I & the other 2 guys were out due to Covid. My brother & I both work for the same company & our co-workers being the nosy lil ****s they are kept asking em where is your brother? What happened to your brother? Blah blah blah...not because they care for my well-being but just want a topic for gossip. Upon returning for work, we needed a doctors note stating we indeed did have the virus & did our quarantine period

And the birthday food grub run continues. This time in pizza form. Specialty pizza spot nearby. Mac & chz slice/regular slice/tater tots. I like my pizza plain & regular...this plain slice was wayy below average. Absolutely no taste to the sauce, crust was wayy too crispy & cheese was ok. The mac slice though
