Did you go to work while symptomatic and were then sent home? If so, do you know if your company provided an official announcement to the facility you work out of informing the other folks who work out of the same facility that there was a confirmed positive case on the grounds and that they may have potentially been exposed? Or was no announcement made by the company

Thanks brother. Man you know what it is- when where you live has such a diverse food scene it's easy to get something good. There is authentic cuisine from just about every country here...that's not to say they're all good because I've paid for subpar food as well in my food adventures. But overall if you do the research...one can find some gems here. Same as your town...ya got the best tacos in the country period! I've been on the hunt for some halal tacos in nyc but nothing out here really. Every google search for halal tacos automatically takes me to L.A./Cali based businesses lol doesn't surprise me one bit as Cali is taco nation...we lack tacos here, atleast Halal onesAwww man. As a child therapist I can understand why this would sometimes need to be done.

Thanks brother, appreciate that. So when my symptoms started to show, it began as a fever. I didn't want to use my sick days as it was Sat & Sun when I had the fever. Weekends at work are super laidback as their is no management on those days. I figured I'll do the bare minimum in the morning & after lunch then just chill out, relax & catch a nap in my room till it's time to go home. I know I shouldn't have been at work since I had the fever but at that point I didn't know what I had & figured it's a regular cold so why waste a sick day especially on a weekend when it's very slow and easy. Come April.6th my fever turned into an internal inferno man & I had 0 energy to even stand on my feet so I called out. By April.9th my fever got worse & I had 0 sleep on my days off due to discomfort. I don't think my supervisor told anyone but rather it was my shop steward who did. I don't blame whoever did tell the workers what was happening to me & 2 other co-workers. If I was on the other side of it I too would want to know if there's been a positive case on company grounds just so I'm aware of the situation & know what to do going forward. I'm a maintenance man so on my days off their is a temporary worker that covers my building for me. This means he is in and out of my room on my days off, a room where I was in and out of just the day before I called out sick April.6th. If anyone deserves to know I tested positive it's that dude since he's exposed to my room/building where I was just hours before himFirst and foremost, happy to hear you made it through that jam family.
