How sway?

I love to cycle but always hated running with a passion.
I love running. I tend to zone out and it just starts to feel like meditation. No music, just me and the run. The high hits me pretty hard. I used to run a lot when I was in highschool and in my 20's. That high and zoned out feeling was there back then too. I'm addicted again. Something about the rhythm, breathing patterns, and running in open air empties my head quick. Treadmills don't do it for me and music kills the high. I think I'm a serial killer :lol:

I do like biking too, but not anywhere near as much as running. If I don't run things feel off. It's OCD like at this point. If it's raining out, cold, or snowing hard I look at it a challenge which gets me hyped for what's to come.
 
Have almost completely cut out sugary drinks. Used to always have this MM stocked up at home. Only keep water now. Besides a few Dr. Peppers I've had during lunch here and there, been sticking to only H2O. Been 2 weeks now and I can really feel a difference.
