remember our predecessors when age and a diploma wasn't a legal requirement for you to have and do the job. that was a great time. people learn on the fly by basis of experience. nowadays, these graduates can't even perform their jobs properly and they expect to be paid more or get hired to a high position for their lack of actual work skills. it's a comedic irony.
