Very much so. I’ve known his neighbors in that building for many years and they too didn’t like him much. He moved two months ago and their parking area is always clean now. Good riddance to that sloppy dork. That's very inconsiderate of him. I'm sure he's got a push broom & dustpan in that truck considering his line of work. It would take all but a minute for him to clean up after himself. But why do the right thing? How else would people know what a douche he is

Def good riddance. I rent 2 spots in the garage. In my area of it I always give it a good sweep. I'm a maintenance man by profession so it's 2nd nature to me but even if I weren't I'd take 3-5 mins once a week to sweep my spots & surrounding area. My previous garage neighbor was like the dork you mentioned. His spot would always be littered with fast food trash & tissues. Some of that stuff would make it's way over to my spots & I'd sweep it up. Better to have it tidy & trash free than littered with trash.Very much so. Edit: I got Iverson for McGrady
Cool. I used to plug the ones that didn't pierce all the way through as well if it was still deep enough just in case. Better to use the drill file & push a hole through and just plug it instead of pulling out the nail and leaving that tread spot fragile. Only if it was deep though. A lot of nails just go sideways through the tread or don't go deep enough. 4 nails in one tire isn't as rare as you might expect. Likely getting them at a spot you drive through frequently that's littered with nails. Not sure. The guy just told me that they didn’t penetrate the tire.
That **** is hilarious
