The killer's claim of manslaughter was so assed out and just plain dumb. It was always a no-brainer he committed murder, and it finally became official in court today.
This fool had one of the worst criminal defenses ever with the manslaughter claim. It wasn't an accidental killing because he carried out his plan to kill Nipsey Hussle by coming back to the spot with two fully loaded handguns. It's hard to believe he tried to justify the killing with it being in the heat of the moment, a crime of passion.
How could he try to deny premeditation when he planned to kill him? It's a plan regardless of the amount of time elapsed between it and the act being carried out. He tried to claim it wasn't planned because it happened promptly instead of days, weeks, months or years it took to kill Nipsey.

Wow! Never knew the Nazi part of Henry Ford- that is insane to say the least. Edison was a bit of a fraudster. He gets ALL the credit for inventing the incandescent light bulb when in reality it was a joint venture made up of a few individuals. What Edison did was retain & renew all the patents related to the bulb over and over and over again under his name that way he gets the lion's share of the credit & applause 
. Our school systems are quick to tell us Edison was the King of inventions having us believe that crap from an early age but Edison was no Saint. The bulb wasn't the only invention he hijacked btw, there's an entire list.
