Lived in NYC all my life, great job working for the MTA
Recently went to Jacksonville NC for vacation ( Wifes family ), First time being there and left a good impression, Houses was very cheap and almost mansion-like, cars cheap too.
Just worried about jobs, to go from what i have now to basically start over, its going to be tough, Barely saw anything good
Change can be scary but I feel its going to be a good life for me, my wife and daughter.
But still hesitant to make that jump.
