Anyone having trouble with gifsoup making gifs way too long ?

They say its supposed to be limited to 15 seconds but the last few gifs Ive made just save the entire video start to finish with no sound.

i'll stick to making gifs with "video to gif converter" and editing them with photoscape..

no photoshop for me.. it seems way to complicated.
