Arkham Asylum is like a cross between GTA, LA Noire, and other superhero games. It makes you think but not to the point where you're running around for hours trying to figure out what to do. I'm thoroughly enjoying it. I played for 5 hours today and I haven't sat down in front of a TV to play a game since San Andreas.
Don't expect Christopher Nolan Batman though. It's based off the cartoon series but the storyline is still real good  
It's $17.99 pre-owned at Gamestop and it can easily be had for around 10. Can't beat that.
