I have. I just quit cold turkey style. been a while since I haven't done it. just use a nail clipper and avoid biting them. and keep doing it until you get use to it. I think it makes your nail grow stronger because for me I noticed my nails are harder now than before, so it would feel uncomfortable for me to bite them now because how hard my nails are.

In theory, its purpose was for new members who were joining NT had to wait so they could read the rules, get the hang of things, so they wouldn't sign up and immediately start posting "Where can I get Jordan XIs?" in the Sports forum. Plus, it also serves to prevent banned members from creating a new screen name immediately after being banned.
