got an open container law summons from an officer.

as he was writing the ticket i realized the can was completely empty. ticket is only 25 bucks. he said there's no permanent record or anything but google / has been giving me other answers. thoughts on going to court and fighting it... or just plead guilty and mail 25 bucks. the price is the same win or lose right
