Going to see a psychotherapist soon. The prices these dudes charge is real.
Most of my doctor's visits are free thankfully but these dudes charging $80 an hour. At least it'll help me hopefully.
Does anyone here have any experience with real antidepressants? I haven't slept in 2 days so my doctor put me on the real meds instead of Deanxit, which is basically a completely harmless and very light tricyclic antidepressant.
Managed to get 2 hours of sleep today after being up for almost 40 hours and I popped 2 sleeping pills to do it. Took 2 ambiens the day before too but to no result.
So as of today the doctor prescribed me Effexor 75mg (venlafaxine) to take when I wake up and Trazolan to basically roofie me to sleep. It's also an antidepressant but it's used solely to knock people out to sleep pretty much. Anybody have any experience with either of these meds or antidepressants in general? I'll be on the Effexor for 6 months or more, the other is just temporary to help me sleep until I can switch over to my regular sleeping medication again.

Still the same. I haven't done much the last month. I'm gonna leave my house for the second time in a month today.
I've been in breathing therapy with my physiotherapist since last week and it's been helping. My breathing seems smoother.
