My man made a valid point a little while ago though; Abel asks this girl who wants to ride his coattail on EOS (Same Old Song, Next) where she was 8 months ago (When HOB dropped and he was still homeless) . This does seem like a girl from his past. Or he could just be saying that Thursday is so willing to be down now, but when he needed someone to be down for him, he was alone.

I think in 2012 he'll follow the Drake path. Re-release the mixtape(s) (So Far Gone) and follow with an album about a year from now as the hype builds (Thank Me Later). We shall see.

Ever since EOS came out, every time I smoke I listen to this tape . I've barely played anything else since I put it on my iphone. Montreal and Outside back to back is my favorite part of the tape.

The production/mastering on this trilogy is some of the most cohesive and well put together I've ever heard from an artist.  The transitions from track to track, hell, including within each song is pure piffery. 



I know Abel is the face of The Weeknd but Doc Mckinney and Illangelo deserve just as much credit.

Great way to finish the trilogy.  The growth from start to finish...the melodies....the productions.  He went from closed on HOB to open and putting himself out there on EOS.  I am so blown away that dude is only 21.  He has scary potential.  I can only hope he doesn't sign with a major for as long as possible and if he does some how manages to maintain his creative integrity.

How some one puts out material this high quality....THREE TIMES in one year.  We are all going to be super greedy from this point on.  I don't know how he can top 2011.  Can't wait for the trilogy to drop next year as a package.  Ive never wanted to give some one my money so badly lol just to say thank you for entertaining me all year with your music

I honestly can't say there is 1 song i skip on EOS but right now can't seem to get past Montreal without hitting back as soon as its over.  Song is my current fav

I'm pretty juiced for the re-release. Maybe they'll adjust the levels on Thursday so that people can understand him more clearly.. And then they'll see how amazing the album is

He's been pretty clear about it. it's just him. you can go back through his tweets (he only has like 400) and see him say it more than once.

There hasn't been a song he's put out with out production from them besides What You Need & Loft Music
