Harden is going to make sure he's in the conversation for mvp. Not that he deserves it, but I'm truly convinced that it's his first priority. Harden is Sidney deane with a beard... He would rather look good and lose than look bad and win.

All jokes aside, what's his alternative?

His head coach gives him a green light to ISO all game long. Do you want him to say no to D'Antoni?

This is on the head coach for not coming up with an alternative when things get murky during the playoffs.
 
Clips will have the most pressure on them come playoff time.

They got to prove to themselves and everyone else they can get past the 2nd round. Before their fanbase get even hyped for all LA WCF.

If they finish middle of the pack or even 3rd in the West they will likely face Dallas or Houston in the 1st round.Those matchups will go 7 games.

😐😐😐😐. This is ridiculous. The fact that Laker Nation was taking the Strength of schedule argument as a slight pretty much sums up why They're insufferable at times.

The Lakers have had a soft schedule wasn't a slight, it was just accurate. Now they have played some better teams. That's it. When did anyone try to correlate them not playing anyone good to not being good?
 
ehhhh SOS was suddenly much more important to people now that the Lakers were playing well. People keep bringing up ATL's record nobody mentions they've had the hardest SOS in the league.

Also the SOS was overated in the first place because in a matter of two games SOS rankings go like this

14) Clips
15) Celtics
16) Lakers

we're also the only team undefeated against squads with losing records. Either way this squad is already really good & it still has lots of room for improvement

Ya’ll are TOO hard on this guy. I don’t understand the justification for this comment, it’s not like Harden is some perennial loser. His style of basketball is very conducive to winning at least on the regular season.

You can dislike a guy or the way he plays without inventing false narratives.
 
That isn't true either. SoS has always been something that people watched.... When their teams were playoff teams or had the chance of being a playoff team. The Lakers were a lottery team for the majority of the decade no one cared to note it because it didn't matter they were terrible anyways.
