Someone asked AD about the xmas game. He said it’s very important and then rattled off so many excuses for the first game

Oh they definitely talk a lot and I don't agree with everything they say. I'm not disputing that. Just pointing out that it wasn't just one little season enabling them to talk.

I can't lie I kind of want some of this player animosity back in the league. I understand players are friends off the court now, but even though they say otherwise it leaks onto the court during the game. SOME players don't go as hard against their friends compared to someone they don't respect.
Anybody hearing any trash talk from Draymond this year or nah? I know everyone is coming at him this year, with something slick.

The funny thing about what Doc is saying is Kawhi told them to get PG, told them I'm showing up for work when I want.
Kawhi is just quiet and low key so it don't look like he's controlling anything. Somebody like Doc ain't with this over the top "load management". He ain't got no choice but to accommodate Kawhi because he knows superstars run the team.
