You’re kind of making my point. If you’ve heard Microphone Fiend, Paid In Full, Follow the Leader, Don’t Sweat the Technique, etc. and really think it’s all “trash”, then there really isn’t any thing out there that’s going to make you change your mind about him.

I mean, I’m sure you’re aware that even your man Jay-Z considers Rakim to be one of his inspirations, so if that doesn’t hold any weight for you, than there’s nothing to tell you...

John Wall’s nephew arrested for alleged involvement in Maryland shooting that left one paralyzed

John Wall is in the news again, indirectly. Unfortunately, it is for the wrong reasons. His nephew, D’Andre Wall is charged of two counts of attempted murder in Montgomery County, Md. He is also charged of two counts of assault and reckless endangerment. If he is convicted, D’Andre could be imprisoned for life.

According to Kevin Lewis of WJLA-TV, Wall (John’s nephew) was involved in a road rage incident on Aug. 8 in Germantown, Md. when another driver cut him off. Wall allegedly followed the car, pulled a handgun from his glovebox and shot at the vehicle. The driver’s girlfriend was with him and she was shot in the back at an apartment complex after Wall pursued then.

The shooting victim is now paralyzed because of her injuries.

The car was there because the driver was going to sell THC cartridges (marijuana containers). Marijuana purchases are illegal in Maryland if they aren’t from a dispensary.

Wall is employed as a landscaper at John’s house in Potomac, Md. John brought D’Andre to Washington from Raleigh to stay away from trouble.

USA is playing tomorrow morning again against Turkey (Illysova and Cedi). USA has no excuse not to cruise through them and Japan. When pool play ends, things should get interesting

I usually don’t pay much attention to pool play in the international hoops tourneys. I plan to watch as many elimination round games as I can though...

There was that influx of Chinese guys around the same time as Yao - Yi Zianlian, Menk Bateer, Wang ZhiZhi - but nobody after them that I can recall.

Yo discography crazy. Nas got 2 classics (including the greatest rap album of all time). Future got 4 definite classics (Monster, Beast Mode, 56 Nights, DS2)...and a host of excellent mixtapes/albums as well.

Give the Rap Game Steph curry his roses. Unprecedented run of dominance and greatness that people try to diminish because its unconventional. The consistency is absurd.
