You're preaching to the choir. I believe that elite post players should post up and be given the rock. Analytics posted just yesterday in this thread suggested that the post game be almost abandoned altogether in favor of a league average 3 point shooter...using points per possession as the key stat.

But no one is saying to not post up if you're not elite at it. That's not what analytics suggest at all.
