Bertans on paper offers them an actual knockdown shooter besides Gordon. With the way we all envision Westbrook attacking 4 v 4 or 4 v 3 come playoff time and either getting to the rim or kicking it out... seems like a fit

Dantoni is the reason kobe tore his achilles in 2013. He was too scared to rest him a few minutes a game during that insane stretch. If anything I'd prefer he never wins a title

The people who “deserve” to win it all are the people who do win it all. Everyone who makes it to the NBA as a coach or a player has worked hard and done good things. Pringles hasn’t done anything to make him more deserving of winning a ring than any other NBA coache who hasn’t done it yet.

the people who are hailed as ones who “deserve” to win it all have contributed to the game in a way that warrants praise and recognition. MDA’s suns team spearheaded the pace and space era which is prevalent today. Those teams influenced a lot of what the NBA has become. That’s why people say he “deserves” one.

I understand the sentiment, but disagree. I can come up with reasons why Karl Malone, Charles Barkley, etc. “deserved” to win a ring, but they didn’t. Just how it goes sometimes.
Also, some would argue that D’antoni’s offensive philosophy is at the expense of defense, so is not really that worthy of praise.
