I’m vegetarian. Unless you mean plant based in reference to vegan

Just getting the bulk of your protein from plants basically. We learned it in school, but no one really follows it. Basically learned it to recommend to our hypertension, dyslipidemia, heart disease patients.

Lots of athletes do it and I always hear great results. Wanted to give it a trial run myself as it might be a bit easier with Beyond Meat and Impossible Foods now so easily accessible.

the Brodie!!

for a lil additional context.... Over the Last 15 Games

Harden 28/7/7 on 38/27/89 -1.4 +/-
Westbrook 34/9/8 on 53/32/77 +1.5 +/-

They just both need to cook at the same time.

I have three Miami Heat players on my fantasy team. I think I should've been more proactive around the trade deadline cuz Crowder and Iggy cramping up my squad's style 😱

Should've dropped Herro for Beasley when I had the chance and traded Nunn 😵

Russ > Harden lol

for a little additional context... over the entire season:

harden 35/7/7 on 44/36/87 TS: 62
westbrook 27/8/7 on 46/24/79 TS: 53

y'all were mighty quiet when in december harden put up 37 a game on 48/43/85 (14 games) and russ was struggling during the same stretch putting up 27 on 43/23/90 (13 games).

they complement each other in different ways and both are going to have good and bad stretches. using 15 game stretches as a referendum is silly.

idk how Houston will adjust in a 7 game series

if you double harden above the break, russ is coming downhill at you playing 4 on 3. if you don't double, harden or russ play 1 on 1 vs your worst defender on the floor.

My homie does it with great success. When I worked with him, he used to put down a whole rotisserie chicken for lunch. Now he's completely plant based. Dude is shredded too and competes, so the protein isn't an issue.

I'd go Simmons for sure. He's damn near Lebron without a jumper, so if he's ever able to develop a serviceable shot....

And still only 23.

We really need to stop comparing him to Lebron. :{ :lol

Lebron was NEVER scared to shoot jumpers. Lebron shot 35% from 3 on 4 attempts at 20 years old and that was 2004. It's 2020, In today's league to have a PG that can't/won't shoot jumpers is terrible. Lebron has always had a attacking mentality, Ben ain't got that. Lebron has always came into a season better, Ben's improvement since college is real small, if any.

Yea there’s a lot of food options to get protein now while still maintaining the diet that helps a lot with people wanting to transition to a more plant based diet. On a usual day i eat some cereal preferably natures path with almond milk sometimes might mix some fruits in their too or I’ll have oatmeal. Might have a side with a blueberry or raspberry muffin or a apple or banana or something like that. I keep my meatless alternatives to lunch for the most part, today had a beyond burger on a whole wheat slim bun with some black bean Pupusas. My dinners usually a mixture of vegetables I get from the farmers market (carrots, corn, broccoli, cauliflower, asparagus, lentils different kinds of beans etc) with maybe a small amount of rice or pasta mixed in on occasion most days I just do a large mix of vegetables. Today imma have steamed asparagus and carrots with 2oz of pasta.

That's why I specifically said "damn NEAR Lebron WITHOUT a jumper."

It's not a 1:1 compariosn.

Meaning his other abilities. He's like a mini Bron without the shot.

Only three teams in the NBA are at least 5 games over .500 against teams with winning records.

Bucks
Nuggets
Clippers

Interesting

Every other Day there's a new stat trying to rearrange how the "top" teams look

Lakers have played 24 games vs over .500 teams & won 14

The Bucks played 18 & won 12
The Nuggets played 23 & won 15
The Clippers have played 23 & won 14

He's not damn near Lebron though.

Other being a tall PG he's nothing like Lebron. He's not even the athlete Bron is. He's closer to Odom than Bron. A 6'10-6'11 dude that can handle, rebound and defend. Limited scorer. A lot of potential, shows flashes but he has little drive.

That's like when they was calling every 6'6 player that can score to Mike.

As trash as they are Houston does kinda intrigue me. I think it's clear that harden and Russ can't coexist but a 5 out, small ball setup built around Russ might can win some games. If you move harden and Gordon plus a first in separate deals you can reload real quick

If I’m trading Harden I’m asking for Embiid and picks.

The Lakers are 14-10 lol.
