You right, it's about 82 games and so far LeBron is avg 25.7, 10.6, 7.8.

You're throwing these per game numbers at me like Giannis isn't higher in 2 of the 3 categories you mentioned.

Best record in the West. Best road record in the league.

And still behind Milwaukee.

We all know how these players finish the season means something to the voters.

This is true but I'm talking about as of now. If Giannis misses more time than expected or if he comes back not looking the same in these final 18 games then that changes things. But right now it's still Giannis.

first it was: “Lakers roster is trash outside AD & Bron, they won’t win with that team. The bucks are a way deeper and complete team...” now it’s “well Lebron has AD and Giannis only has Middleton.”

and lol at you posting Lebron’s stats and glossing over the fact that he leads the league in assists. 17th year and the only one in the league averaging double digit assists.

remember when bron was in the east and they said he was too scared to play in the west? now they’re throwing this argument out. While it’s true to an extent, don’t be fooled. There are 13 good teams in the nba. 7 in the west. 6 in the east.
8-15 in the west >>>>>>>>>> 7-15 in the east.
only bad teams in the west are golden state and Minnesota. The east has ALL the bad teams. Look at their 7 & 8 seeds and tell me how the conferences are equal

The Lakers don’t have to rely on AB as the 3rd option. They have a different cast of players that can be that person every game. Today Danny Green didn’t hit ****. That’s not gunna happen going forward.

KCP/Green/AB can all provide the scoring if they are hot. It’s not like they’re gunna be taking contested shots since Lebron or AD will be getting all the attention.

you know how many times we would’ve seen “11-0 when healthy :pimp:” in here if the Lakers had lost man

sounding like warrior fans with that loser #FullSquad ****

I would say pretty much everything you just said is accurate.

Esp the "11-0" part lol

Problem is....

"you can't handle the truth!" Jack and Tom gif please :)

no point in debating because i wasnt there...i have a friend that went to both games (a lakers fan) and he stated it was 30-40% lakers fans at the most. i trust his word more than i trust some biased lakers news media. on tv it looked as though there were concentrated pockets of fans but still a majority clippers crowd.

if the clippers, as you say, have to play every game on the road...using this season as a barometer, they are doing pretty well. IMO

I don't think this is just "biased Lakers News Media" bro

You trippin acting like it's wrapped up. You right, it's about 82 games and so far LeBron is avg 25.7, 10.6, 7.8. Best record in the West. Best road record in the league. We all know how these players finish the season means something to the voters.
Like in the real world, "You're only as good as your current month "
We live in a "what have you done for me lately" world

Morris has been a net positive acquisition for the Clippers, he just had a horrific game yesterday. I’m more irritated that Doc played him for 30 minutes when he clearly didn’t have it. Zu only played 13 minutes, Jackson 12 and Shamet 8.

And I think only a couple of Mook’s 9 shoots yesterday were bad. He some good looks. Rather have him shooting those shots than Harkless or McGruder.
Maybe we can put this in a little more perspective ...

Why such little minutes for the others and so many for the VETERAN Mook?

Is it because maybe Doc wanted to test his expected "playoff lineup" against the Lakers' "playoff lineup?"

Y'alls playoff lineup sure did solid the first half.

But what did Doc's shorter rotation aka "playoff lineup" do in the second half of a playoff type game?

Not much. In fact, Doc's playoff lineup got dominated inside on a night LAL was freezing cold from deep.

So in other words....

Contrary to the perception that this game didnt mean much, both coaches were likely in tune to the fact that they were going to measure each other's playoff lineups in regular season game #3 since we probably will see only the scrubs play in game #4.

In sum, the world now knows why the Lakers, not the Clippers, will be favored in a 7 game series.

Don't be irritated that Doc played Zu only 13 min, Reggie 12 and Landry only 8.

I been saying all week, this game was a PREVIEW of what to expect come the playoffs

IMHHO

My point is that it's not some landslide MVP. I had Giannis as the MVP but post all-star break Lebron is gaining a lot of traction.

Avg 30/8/10 on 55 FG%. Winning 11 outta 12 games.

BTW i don't know if ya'll watched Doc all these years or not?

but he's 100% gonna go with Trez/Mook >> Harrell & Jackson>> Shamet

he insist on his veterans and it's clear he has no trust in Zu

Home away splits might not mean much in that series, since they’ll be no traveling.

This will be something to keep an eye on going forward if we meet the Clippers in the Playoffs for sure.

Lou: Home 19/3/6 on 43/40/89, Road: 18/3/5 on 40/32/83
PG: Home 23/6/4 on 47/47/89, Road: 20/6/4 on 40/33/87
Trez: Home 20/7/2 on 61/ 60 FT, Road: 17/6/1 on 54/ 72 FT

Whatever the breakdown of the crowd was, that seemed to me to be the most pro-Clippers crowd at a Clippers-Lakers game I can remember. So, while I think there probably were more Lakers fans, progress is being made.
