Kobe got MVP chants in Boston and that was a pro Celtics crowd but aight

It damn sure wasn't in the playoffs and that wasn't the "Norm" there especially when both teams were in contention  , your better than this man.

Imagine being in a playoff series in your own building, Building a lead on the opponent and the crowd is busy rooting for the other team to make the comeback, it's gonna be one of the most unique playoff situations in history

I've already acknowledged the Lakers are a bigger draw, so they'll always seat more fans at Staples in a Clippers-Lakers game.

However, it will always sound more neutral than traditional home court, because it will vary based on who's winning.

Like I said, a mere few thousand Clippers fans will be still heard clearly in a Lakers "home" game if they're winning, and vice versa. That wouldn't happen in a Lakers-Nuggets or Clippers-Jazz series.

This will be more like Red Sox-Yankees than Red Sox-Blue Jays. You're gonna hear the other fanbase regardless, probably tipped more in favor of the Lakers though, obviously.

Has there been any explanation as to why the clippers Employee PG & Kawhi & somehow Marcus Morris was the guy guarding him on crucial possesions?

Doc through the Morris brother into the fire yesterday and cost the Clippers the game but Doc is looking at the marathon, not race. He’ll get it together come playoff time and will be a valuable contributor as opposed to someone you have to hide a la Kuzma

by giving all the minutes to morris/harrell , isnt doc essentially hiding Zu?
why wouldnt he play Patterson/Green who played key roles in winning the first 2 games against the lakers ?

I think there’s no doubt Bron is in the MVP convo (whatever that means)

but as of March 9th Giannis should be unanimous MVP

We still here arguing semantics? Lol

Yeah I don't get it. If Lakers home games are 80-20 Lakers fans and Clipper home games are 60-40 Lakers or 50-50, I don't see how that's like a typical fan distribution of a playoff series

But if you think it's gonna be 100-0 Lakers and 90-10 Lakers, then there's not point in talking about it. I'm not from there, so maybe my estimations are way off.

"Unanimous", huh? Didn't go far enough to hide your SHOOK. Should've said that Giannis is unanimous MVP and that he should also be getting all of Bron's 2nd place votes on top of his unanimous 1st place votes.

Bron getting that fif will be so much sweeter knowing that so many will be crying genuine tears when this happens.

Why can't yall just accept that the Lakers are more popular than the clippers and will have more support from the crowd? Like c'mon man . Yall sound ridiculous

When was this not accepted though?

Don't most people acknowledge LaLa Land is majority pro-Lakers?

First yall act like it's 50/50 then say it doesn't matter anyway :lol. You can say whatever basketball wise but in terms of popularity it's no contest

When did I "act" like it's 50/50? The entire time I've simply said it sounds relatively neutral compared to a traditional home court advantage. In what way is that acting like it's 50/50 or saying the Clippers are more popular? Are you dudes really this self-conscious about the fan distribution?

Regardless of whether it's a Lakers home game or Clippers home game, you're gonna hear the opposing fan base loudly (probably skewed more in favor of the Lakers). That's uncommon, especially if it's across state lines.

The popular Clipper sentiment seems to be that Doc is "saving Jamychal and Patterson for later."

What's the difference between neutral and 50/50? It's not neutral :lol

All the dudes talking bout 50/50 or 60/40
Where y’all even there ?
It definitely felt like a laker playoff home game ....
