What if all the teams (players, staff, essential family) went to one designated city per conference for the playoffs and just played the rest of the season there? It would be similar to how NCAA does the regional stuff during March madness.
You can screen hotels, arenas, and have only prescreened individuals be present to minimize risks of players or other people getting/spreading the virus. It eliminates traveling and as long as the potential cities has 2-4 courts, you can run multiple games a day and have practice space for teams not playing.
