Mark Jackson isn't necessarily a bad coach but I don't think he's a good coach either. I also think he's a fake preacher/fronts about who he really is and that matters so there's bias for me for sure

His impact on Golden State was the owner and GM realized they could get way more out of what they had. I still regret not dropping a ton of dough on a futures bet for the Warriors when Kerr took over. They were a 50+ win team that should have won 60+. Jackson is a a fraud. He didn't recognize his own talent. Watching the Warriors his last season was so frustrating.

Clearly don't. A lot of y'all struggle with what exactly encompasses NYC as the basketball Mecca. MSG in particular
It damn sure has nothing to do with the NYC area having the most talent or producing the most or best NBA players

I was doing some research and that does seem to be where it came from originally. I got the impression that New Yorkers felt it was more broad than that, but I might have been misinterpreting.
