Lifesaver. I also have my iPad automatically set to a lower brightness after a certain time. Also, always have the blue light filter activated on my phone. Life has been infinitely better since doing all that.

Yes. All the blue light and brightness messes with me. I do crossword puzzles (on my iPad) to help fall asleep every night. Without the filter I'd probably get a headache and not be able to drift off. Instead, sometimes I just fall asleep with it still open and everything.
