That first game on opening night is going to be a rough watch, no Zion and a Raptors team that lost their best player, and has no appeal outside of that. NBA has to be thrilled.

My G lynchpin33 I'm from Toronto and I gotta agree with you this. Have no idea what to expect from our team. Leonard was on 'load management' for half of the regular season but Green was solid for us. I think we might miss Green more during the regular season, unless OG steps up big time for us.

Just a guess, but it's probably less the weight and more the alignment of his knee. It looks like he has knee valgus, which is knock knee. Grant Hill had the same problem for many seasons before they fixed it. I think that's why Zion walks so funny. If it is that, he will probably start doing physical therapy to fix his misalignment, and that physical therapy will be an ongoing thing even after he returns.

You can fix knock knees with therapy? Thought you had to put braces on when a toddler for that stuff.

You can try. I'm not exactly sure what the success rate of physical therapy with knock knees in adults are

They would try that first before surgery, if knock knee is even the cause of his issue
