I knew the Warriors were in trouble when the entire team was clamoring for Chriss to make the team. I have the same feeling about Melo and the Blazers.

Just gotta give props to Pelinka. He did a MASTERFUL job of assembling this roster. Everybody knows their role (except KCP). Bradley and Dwert have been revelations so far. No reason we shouldn't be at worse 16-4 after these 1st 20 games which for an entire new team with zero chemistry is great. Especially seeing as how Bron teams always start out slow.

Well said. Everyone was calling pelinka an idiot all offseason but now look at things. We byke! The beautiful part about getting a quick start to the season is that it gives you a buffer for later so you can rest your guys in key spots.

Also, come late January a lot of teams are going to be tanking. Many of the games we think would be difficult may not be. If the Lakers can start out the season winning 16 or 17 of their first 20, I see a path for them to win 57+ games and get the 1 seed.
